Super Bowl at The Ale House with friends, Starbucks mini Java Chip ice creams, being married to your best friend, taking matters into your own hands, and then placing them in Gods, going to the studio today to record my new songs, the sound of a humming dishwasher, really good coupons and singing for St. Patties Day!

Stop obsessing and start doing, fruit... lots and lots of fruit, "The Lupus Blues" new composition ... 'I may have Lupus but it doesn't have me'!, coffee... lots and lots of coffee, knowing when to ask for help and knowing when to do it myself (I HAVE to get physically stronger and out of this wheelchair!) trying to learn how to stop working so hard, and roosters! I love roosters!

Going to the Mayo clinic today... again, doing an overhaul on my art studio, my newest art student- we painted a horse, Rotisserie chicken from Costco, sleeping through thunderstorms, finding my Celtic Women CD, discovering a big box of new acrylic paint that I had misplaced, and encouraging other chronically ill peeps.
