A Red Letter Day.
Yesterday I taught my Wednesday piano students. Two five year olds and an eight year old. For the first time since August of 2008 I was able to get out of my wheel chair, get on the piano bench and play a piano duet with my five year old student. Praise the Lord and all of His Glory! I'm coming back to become my new self. I did a few "Pet Scans" paintings, played the piano and guitar, visited with my son Steve, marketed my art on the computor, even did laundry. All from my chair. I'm getting used to this new marvelous life of mine. I may be four inches shorter with a broken, now deformed back and struggling with Lupus and all that comes with it but I am alive! Today I teach two piano students and a new voice student. Yes one can make a living doing what one loves to do.
